The venture

TrainPriceTracker was founded to make rail pricing more transparent and strengthen the case for choosing the train. The platform tracks Eurostar fares over time, classifies prices against historical patterns, surfaces seat availability and flexible-date options, and alerts travellers when a journey reaches their target price.

The opportunity

Newborn care is continuous, shared and highly dependent on small pieces of information. Caregivers need a reliable view of sleep, feeding and changes without adding administrative effort during an already demanding period.

The venture

Nappie is a mobile care-coordination platform for recording and understanding newborn routines across caregivers. The venture was taken from product concept and interaction design through application and API development to App Store launch, with offline storage and clear, caregiver-focused summaries.

The opportunity

Fuel shortages in France exposed a practical information gap: drivers could not easily identify which nearby stations still had fuel. Beyond the immediate disruption, pump price alone also failed to show whether a cheaper station remained economical once distance and route were considered.

The venture

FuelWise began as a nationwide fuel-availability monitor and evolved into a location- and route-aware decision platform. It helps users compare station prices near home or along a planned journey, combining fuel data, mapping and routing to make the real trade-off visible.

The opportunity

AI-assisted development can materially improve productivity, but its resource consumption is largely invisible at the point of use. I wanted a measurable view of my own activity and a way to explore lower-token workflows without compromising software quality.

The venture

AI Activity Meter is a privacy-first proof of concept that captures usage metadata from supported development tools and attributes activity by provider and model. It explores how token consumption can be translated into environmental estimates, with the longer-term aim of identifying more efficient ways to maintain the same delivery standards.
